Folks,

Hello. Thanks a lot for replying. I assign the IP addresses for 3 machines as below:

Host Windows 7:

Ethernet adapter VMware Network Adapter VMnet8:
IPv4 Address 192.168.196.1
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.196.2
Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4

Guest Windows XP:

IPv4 Address 192.168.196.101
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.196.201
Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4

Guest Oracle Linux 5 eht0 :

[root@localhost /]# system-config-network

IPv4 Address 192.168.196.102
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.196.202
There is no DNS server.

My question are: if leave VMnet8 as default (NAT), in Bridged option to enable 2 Guest OSes communicate with each other, how to assign the following values to Host Windows 7 ?  Is there anything value wrong below ?

IPv4 Address 192.168.196.1
Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.196.2
Preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server 8.8.4.4

Very grateful in advance.
